($400 for married, $200 for single individuals)
Inquire in the Mirage School Office 7:30am-4:15pm,
until May 31, 2013 regarding student registrations
Please bring the following to register your child:
*Photo ID of parent/guardian
*Original birth certificate
*Original immunization record
*Proof of address (current utility bill, rental/purchase agreement)
*Any legal papers (custody/guardianship), if applicable
