Social-Emotional Program

*Morning Meeting 8-8:15am K-6

 

Social Emotional Learning takes place each morning from 8-8:15am in Morning Meeting for all grade levels. Additional lessons take place as needed throughout the day/week.

 

Mirage uses the Sanford Harmony program, https://www.sanfordharmony.org/ , which focuses on improving relationships, teaching empathy, increasing student confidence, and reducing bullying. The program is divided into 5 units of study: Diversity and Inclusion, Empathy and Critical Thinking, Communication, Problem Solving, and Peer Relationships.
