Guided Gratitude Meditation $10 suggested

Join Reiki Master Jenny Mitchell at Harmonious Place, Suite B9 inside the Deer Valley Business Park on Sunday, November 24th from 1PM till 3PM.

You will experience an inspiring Gratitude Meditation that will be bringing your awareness to your blessings and things in your life that you are thankful for. Come comfortable and with an open heart and mind as this will be greatly helpful in mastering this skill.

Bring what you need to be comfortable. Chairs are limited, but there is plenty of floor space with pillows. Harmonious Place is a Sweet Little Massage and Yoga Studio after all.

Earth Yoga and Sound Meditation $11

This yoga class will be centered around Pachamama, Mother Earth, Gaia, Planet Earth - our home goes by many names. In this class, we will focus on grounding into the Earth through a physical asana practice. This physical practice will ground us for a deep sound bath meditation. If you've been feeling spacey, scattered, or tense, allow this class to be a gift to yourself. You will feel calm, grounded, centered, and at ease.

With Sahaja Yoga Meditation we generally sit on chairs to achieve Yoga, effortlessly & spontaneously. As such no asanas (exercises) are required, no mat or special clothing.

Beneficial and instructive for both beginners and the experienced. No prior reservation is required – simply turn up whenever convenient.

Join as a complete beginner at any class, and learn:
– How to meditate, and balance your inner being
– About chakras, and techniques to cleanse them
– How to feel, and decode the condition of your energy centers
– How to give self-realisation to others

At the meeting, there will be no bending and stretching type physical exercises – participants will be seated comfortably throughout. The classes are conducted in a relaxed setting, and have a friendly atmosphere.
Sahaja Yoga meditation is natural and easy. A structured guided meditation is always included. In this way, you will both experience meditation, and be able to start meditating at home from the first day you start.

The general format of the meeting will be as follows:
- Introduction – suitable for complete beginners
- A detailed talk on what Sahaja Yoga is and how it can be done at comforts of your home
- Guided meditation session – no prior experience required; and you will experience the state of meditation for yourself
- A ‘workshop’ – the opportunity to focus on specific chakras, increase one’s experience of vibratory awareness, and learn about and practise giving ‘self-realisation’ to another person.
